For Mr Makhana’s international expansion announcement, I transformed a business milestone into a cultural victory lap. The strategic narrative I crafted – “From Bihar to the world” – became the emotional backbone of their global debut.
The “From Bihar to the world” positioning is against the typical startup narrative. Instead of downplaying their origins to seem “international,” I made their Bihar roots their greatest asset proving that authenticity travels better than imitation.
I created supers that turned airplane destinations into cultural conquest: “This isn't an airline ad. Just us, leading the snack revolution” positioned their Dubai, London, Canada, Sydney, and Tokyo expansion not just as market entry, but as Bihar's rightful place on the world stage. The messaging culminated with “STRAIGHT OUTTA BIHAR and now serving the world,” a passport stamp that transformed regional pride into global ambition.
