My challenge was repositioning pre-rolls from variable, handmade products to precision instruments for relaxation. The target audience—sophisticated NYC consumers who treat their downtime as seriously as their work time—needed assurance that their moment of reprieve would be exactly as intended, every single time.

TCF wanted to be positioned as not just manufacturers, but as engineers who understand that for true cannabis connoisseurs, every detail matters. Focusing on how we perfected the art of elevating to an exact science, an exact formula.
