United Coffee House Rewind
STOREFRONT MESSAGING
How do you maintain the gravitas of Delhi's most iconic coffee house when relocating to a contemporary mall setting? United Coffee House Rewind’s DLF Mall of India location needed window messaging that could bridge nearly a century of colonial-era elegance with modern retail foot traffic expectations.
I developed three distinct value propositions that could work individually or as a cohesive narrative sequence.
Each line needed to capture a different aspect of the UCH experience while maintaining the sophisticated yet accessible tone that has made them Delhi's beloved institution.
The copy here needed to feel both timeless and timely. And for brands such as this, storefront messaging needs to work harder than traditional advertising. Almost like a handshake that determines whether decades of reputation translate into tomorrow's customers. So I distilled nearly a century of cafe culture into three compelling invitations. The window copy became a bridge between Delhi's coffee heritage and contemporary retail expectations.
